Equipping Church Leadership
While Christians are as likely to have challenges in life (maybe more according to John 16:33), a 2018 Barna study reveals that non-believers are twice as likely to seek professional help. So where are Christians going?
The challenges faced by the people in your church are very real, difficult and often complex, and it is not uncommon for pastors and church leaders to be the initial line of support and defense for the lost, broken and hurting.
We understand the stress, strain and gravity of caring for and guarding a flock, and we want to support that high calling. Our world is faced with significant challenges today; increasing numbers of those suffering from depression, anxiety, suicidal thoughts, addiction, stress, financial crises, marriage problems, issues related to sexuality and gender, and various types of abuse.
We can help.
We will listen to the needs of your church and offer appropriate levels of support and education to church leaders. We can assist you in better understanding risks and needs of the church, and how to create a pro-active plan to respond. Here are some examples of areas of concern:
Responding to a crisis, or potential crisis.
Caring for others during tragedy.
Recognizing and responding to concerns of suicidality.
Pastoral counseling and care.
How to engage those on the fringe.
Caring for the church after suicide.
Caring for marriages in need or crisis.
Understanding local resources.
Workshops and Retreats
We offer a range of workshops and retreats that we can facilitate at your church.

DISCOVERING THE HEART OF MAN
A men’s weekend retreat
From the beginning, a pattern has emerged; Temptation, separation from God, independence, sin, shame, hiding and repeat. How do we break free? God invites us back into His grace, love, and perfect relationship.
What if the unexplored damaged parts of you were a bridge and not a barrier back to Him? We believe that this is not only true, but Biblical.
Come home.
The focus of this intensive men’s weekend will be discovering and reigniting God’s perfect love and grace in our hearts and lives, and breaking the bonds of lust, addiction and isolation.
BEAUTY FOR ASHES
An exclusive event for women!
Join us for a weekend of experiencing God’s redemptive love, grace and power in the midst of our brokenness and bondage.
The modern world brings many challenges to women at home, in the work place and in culture. Our battles are unique, and thankfully, so is our God. The brokenness of the world, other people in it and even our own stories, create a distraction from who God has designed us to be. These distractions; these tools of the enemy, require the type of intricate dismantling only available from the One who intends to free us. Jesus.
The Spirit of the Sovereign Lord is upon me, for the Lord has anointed me to bring good news to the poor. He has sent me to comfort the brokenhearted and to proclaim that captives will be released and prisoners will be freed. He has sent me to tell those who mourn that the time of the Lord’s favor has come, and with it, the day of God’s anger against their enemies. To all who mourn in Israel, he will give a crown of beauty for ashes, a joyous blessing instead of mourning, festive praise instead of despair. In their righteousness, they will be like great oaks that the Lord has planted for his own glory. -ISAIAH 61:1-3
