MASTER’S DEGREE IN THEOLOGY

A headshot of Dan Bosko

Dan has been serving in Christian ministry for the last 30 years as a leader, pastor, counselor and disciple-maker. After 6 years in the marketplace, Dan started his career in ministry with the para-church organization CRU in 1990, received his Master’s Degree in Theology (ThM) from Dallas Theological Seminary in 1999, after which he began serving on full-time church staff for 5 years in Vail and then 13 years in Aspen.

In 2018 Dan experienced a crisis of faith and calling that led him through the dark night of the soul. His journey through that experience has propelled his compassion and counsel for other pastors and leaders who find themselves in a similar place, and has driven his passion to see churches develop healthy leadership teams and healthy organizational structure that emphasizes unity, community and impact. He continues to serve and lead in the local church, and has also served as president and/or board chair of several non-profit organizations over the last several years. He loves talking, practicing and imparting leadership and organizational health in both secular and sacred contexts.

For we are God’s masterpiece. He has created us anew in Christ Jesus, so we can do the good things he planned for us long ago.
— Ephesians 2:10
